Our Story

Hanging Baskets

Nathan and Doris Yoder bought their 15 acre farm in 1999 consisting of 5 acres tillable ground on which to grow plants and vegetables. The farm had one greenhouse and one grow tunnel to start planting in the spring. However in order to support their family of ten children, the expansion of  the nursery continues to seven greenhouses where they enjoy growing fresh vegetables, annuals, and hanging baskets. Their markets also gave opportunity to the ladies for baking various goodies and jams while the men worked diligently in the garden growing vegetables. As of January 2015, their son Luke, and son-in-law Maynard, continue operating the farm as a partnership.
